Been a great surgery for me and my family fantastic Doctor's especially Dr Hassanie been very lucky to have it as our surgery the only negative i would say is one very awkward receptionist who seems to think she owns the place that aside sad to leave it as I have moved out of the area thanks for the 27 yrs of understanding
Thank God for the the nurse practitioner at this surgery. The doctors are fab but I have to be honest they can be a tad condescending at times. I had one doc ask if I was sexually active, knowing I am married!! Another doc spent an uncomfortable length of time looking at their diary as I walked in and sat down waiting for them to acknowledge me.Another doctor I haven't seen before looked at me like I was a freak when I discussed my anxiety/depression. They couldn't have cared less. When the doctor prescribed an antidepressant I asked if it was safe to take with my chronic medical condition. The doctor said "I will check" just glanced at the computer screen for a second and said yes it is. They didn't actually "check".Another time I mentioned there may be a history of genetic disease in my family and was concerned about my one of my parents. The doctor said if my parent was ever diagnosed I should consult their GP to determine if it was genetic. Surely this is something which can be investigated by my GP.So I have to agree with a previous comment posted on here about not being taken seriously! Please don't treat your patients like they are stupid.

Been my drs for years it used to be amazing and i would have recommend it to anyone but it has recently got very busy, very little chance of making an appointment within the week or two. Not to mention drs never take you seriously.
