Really enjoyed our stay two nights, evening meal was wonderful and the Two breakfasts first class. The staff were very friendly and helpful my only complaint is the beds pillows which I found very firm, I didn't ask if they could replace them but they may have been able too.
Fab hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Food is wonderful but almost lost a star because choices had run out on our second evening there. Special mention for Red, our dinner waitress. She's an absolute darling..and the reason this gets the full five star rating.
Just returned from a lovely relaxing stay at Durker Roods. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Impressed with the restaurant, food was tasty and service was good. Bar room area provides a nice atmosphere to relax in.
Staff here are fantastic! Nothing was a problem! Hotel is nice, it's clean and comfortable. Would quite happily visit again to 'redo' our anniversary. Food was tasty and hot and breakfast was nice too. Nice and chilled atmosphere and beautiful grounds don't let the drive up fool you
Food fantastic, lovely hotel, staff very happy and efficient. Only problem we found was very uncomfortable bed in room 21. Could feel ever spring in mattress. Not got any sleep and in terrible back pain through the day. Happy to go home to rest. Which is a shame as the area and everything else about the hotel is great.
